Philippe Cramer, Swiss, and Hicham Ghandour, Lebanese, share some similarities in their artistic approach. Both designers are inspired by the tradition of their respective countries of origin to create a contemporary design. Through some pieces of furniture, ceramics and tapestries, the public discovers or rediscovers the universe of these two artists. With their simple and uncluttered forms, their creations carry a whole range of imagery, forms, and materials embodying part of the Swiss and Lebanese artistic heritage. The unique setting of Villa Audi with its impressive collection of ancient mosaics gives rise to a singular exceptional reading of their creations.
